Add-ons & tools

5 add-ons, 1 tool.

Narrative Pro today. More frameworks on the way.

The last step of a PlayableOps run: generated, reviewed, and then actually wired in.

The sets they bind →

Install the bridge. Keep your framework.

A generated line is not content until it is on the right node, with the right duration, under an id that survives the next run. Add-ons do that last step — they carry the framework knowledge the Forge sets deliberately refuse, so a pipeline lands inside the project you already have instead of beside it. The integration sprint, already done.
PlaceholderStills: an add-on at work — a dialogue voiced, a quest wired, a validation reportAsset A13 — a set of editor stills for the add-ons hero (AD1). Stills, not video.

Why these are separate

A framework gives your game its nouns.

Quest-driven RPGs, story-heavy adventures, systemic sims — each is built on a framework that defines what a quest is, what a dialogue node is, what an inventory slot is. Your content lives in those nouns, and a generation pipeline that cannot speak them stops one step short of useful.

The Forge sets stay framework-free so they can serve any project; the add-ons are where the framework knowledge lives. Each one binds a capability to one framework, properly — the authoring template that survives a recompile, the id scheme that makes a re-run safe, the write-back that lands on the right node.

Today that framework is Narrative Pro, the one our own game ships on — which is why these bridges are production-tested rather than demo-deep. The same conventions are public, so a bridge to your in-house framework is an ordinary plugin away.

What we bind to.

Narrative Pro

Supported today

Quests, dialogue, inventory and AI for Unreal, by Narrative Tools — the framework behind quest-driven RPGs and story-heavy games.

These extend a plugin we licensed rather than wrote, so they are sold rather than open-sourced.

The next bridges are being chosen now, and a new framework lands here as a filter rather than a rewrite — the capability plugins never change. Building on something else? Tell us what — the loudest answer goes first.

Buying

Bought once, on Fab, when they list.

None of the add-ons is on sale yet. They are built and running inside our own production, and they go up for sale with the first Fab listing — one purchase each, no subscription, no key, installed like any other Fab plugin. Until that day this page is a catalogue of what is coming, not a shop.

Every add-on ships with its agent toolset included — the same operations, exposed to the agents working in your editor. The tools beside them are free.

The Fab listings go live with the first public release — prices and links land on this page the same day.
